Please notify our clinic at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient. Patients who repeatedly miss scheduled appointments may be asked to use walk-in services only.
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and ensure timely service.
Patients should keep their contact details and health card information up to date. Please inform our staff if any personal information changes.

Some medical forms and administrative services may not be covered by Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan (AHCIP) and may require a private fee.
