Dr.Chimechefulam B Onyewuchi
MBBS, MSc Pharm, MRCGP, CCFP
Dr. Chime earned his medical degree from the University of Port Harcourt in 2012 and later completed a master’s degree in pharmacology. He began his specialist training in General Internal Medicine and Nephrology at the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, rotating through several medical specialties including cardiology, neurology, and nephrology.
He progressed to a senior registrar role in nephrology, managing kidney disease patients and teaching medical students. In 2019, he moved to the UK, working in acute and elderly care medicine while supervising junior medical staff and sitting his Membership of the Royal College of Physicians exams.
He later transitioned into General Practice training in the UK, gaining experience across several specialties. He believes in educating and empowering partnership with his patients.
He sees all patients and has special interest in complex/chronic medical conditions, complex medication reviews and polypharmacy as well as joint injection.
